Absolute location means you have to give the latitude and longitudinal location of italy/ france, say 153deg E and 45deg north (sample only)



Relative location means you have to mention landmarks related to location of italy /france, say ,italy is at the northern part of vatican, easter part of this and at the southern part of this place.. so on and so forth
