110 Day European Backpacking Expedition -- Anyone have some advice?

I’m planning a Summer 2010 backpacking adventure and would love some criticism/advice. I’ve figures out my basic destination list, a rough schedule and a potential budget, but having never backpacked, I’m not sure how close or far off I am. Any advice you can give me would be much appreciated…

I agree with the previous answer. Your budget for hostels is kind of low...sure, you may find a hostel that is that cheap, but the chances of finding hostels that cheap every where you go is pretty low. For example, when I lived in Florence, my friend came to visit me and had to stay in a hostel...I think he paid 45 euro a night.



In addition, 25 dollars to see the attractions is also pretty low. If you want to go up the eiffle tower, it is going to be more than 25 euro right there. Also, in Rome, you have to pay more than 25 euro to get into the Colloseum.



However, the good news are the cheaper flights. Try Ryan Air...sometimes you can find flights for as cheap as 25 euro. I found a flight from Rome to Istanbul for about 50 euro on Ryan air as compared to 120 euro on Air Italia.

Since i saw this guy ive been getting these strange signs?

I had seen this guy every now and then when i would walk home, he would like come in my face really close and stare in my eyes every time i saw him, he did this about 6 or maybe more times in the space of 2 years.



so anyway one day im just walking through the college with my friends and i see a guy stood there he walks towards me as i get closer and then just stares in my eyes, im thinking in my head im sure i know this guy, then i realise who he is.



im thinking whats he doing in my college, he is mainly either stood or sat on his own, speaks to a couple of guys but there not really involving him so he's just sat there staring at me, he's a really good looking guy and he doesn't look creepy.



also when he was sat speaking to this one guy he just kept turning his head around to look at me so he wasnt even interested in talking to this other guy.



he also had a cheesy grin on his face when he saw me laughing with my friends.



and then he left and looked back at me for a few seconds and then left.



since the last time i saw him ive been getting signs, he is italian and i keep seeing italia, italian, italy everywhere, i found out his name is tim and i keep seeing that name everywhere even when im speaking to my friends sometimes they miss spell time and put tim e, how weird is that lol theres more but im trying to keep it short.



then i heard the name taylor swift while i was thinking about him so then im thinking whos taylor swift, so i type it in on youtube and this video comes up
